Handwoven Scarves by Julie This woven 2024 collection was made using a Kromski Rigid Heddle. I found the idea for this scarf from a post I saw from Kelly Cassanova. The pattern name is “The Heart Scarf Free Project”

I’m still beginning my weaving journey, and always looking for something new to learn. I was drawn to this project because it included the use of a Pick up stick. I had not used a pick up stick in my weaving so I wanted to learn something new. This scarf is beautiful on the front or the back. Making it fun to wear. The alpaca yarn blend is super soft with a luxurious drape. I’m very pleased with the results.
